We take the confusion out of effective training and nutrition and MAXIMISE your time in the gym, giving you all of the tools to make MAXIMUM progress and a structured plan to stay lean and healthy for life! 

Every client will have a free 30 minute consultation to discuss their goals and objectives. This allows us to address any questions or concerns they may have, tailor to your requirements and establish our best course of action.

Option 1

1 session per week: 

60 minutes £120 (£30 per session)

 

Option 2

2 sessions per week:

60 minutes £220 (£27.50 per session)

30 minutes £110 (£13.75 per session)

Option 3

3 sessions per week:

60 minutes £300 (£25 per session)

30 minutes £150 (£12.50 per session)
